Our primary objective for Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) practices is to eliminate occupational incidents, prevent injuries & illnesses, protect individuals, safeguard property, & preserve the environment at all Full Force Contracting locations & its project operations.

Implementation of Management System

We will rigorously advocate for and implement our HSE Management System.

We will comply with all relevant legal requirements and globally accepted standards & practices related to safety, health, & environmental protection.

At all levels, our employees must follow each site’s safety, health, & environmental regulations and job protocols.

They must actively execute this policy to uphold the highest occupational health, safety, and ecological Management standards, minimizing human suffering and environmental harm due to unsafe actions and circumstances.

Goals & Aims

We are focused on continuously enhancing our HSE Management System and performance by establishing clear HSE goals & aims.

The Executive Management outlines these goals, which are communicated to all personnel and work sites of Full Force Contracting.

A disciplinary framework & a "Zero Tolerance Policy" will be enforced for any HSE violations.

To achieve our objectives, we will:
Create, distribute, maintain, and oversee the execution of an integrated HSE Management System that aligns with internationally recognized standards.

Conduct frequent internal and external audits to verify the effective implementation of the HSE Management System across all Al Barakah Holding locations.

Provide HSE training and develop the competencies of all personnel.

Allocate qualified HSE staff and sufficient resources. Ensure transparency in HSE reporting and conduct thorough investigations of incidents.

Collaborate and share experiences with clients and partners to foster mutual learning.
